Here is the translation:

DELL & IBM will launch PCs with pre-loaded Linux Operating Systems, according to "ChinaByte News Service".

"If the customer wants a 64Mb machine with a printer, can you provide a Linux based machine?".
The decision to preload and support Linux machines was hinted by Michael Dell during his interview with the LA Times last week. Last month DELL decided to preload the Red Hat Linux OS to its Precision line of workstations and PowerEdge Servers.

DELL is not the only PC company with a move to Linux; IBM also announced similar moves. Over the last two months, several major suppliers have indicated their Linux strategies....

Hope this will help to solve the puzzle. I didn't realize that the Chinese I learned as a kid in Hong Kong will be put to use in the West because of the wonderful age of Internet. It certainly move the world a lot closer.
