A lot of the little Mom&Pop motels aren't listed by the travel services who are trying to get you into the big money joints.

Vegas is a big place, and with a rental car you can "commute" no problem.

See: mapquest.com

Check Boulder City, etc., if you don't find what you want.

Hey Scoobey,
You are absolutely correct!!!!I couldn't believe it!! I have found 2 hotels with rooms available they are Treasure Island at 60 for thursday and 250 dollars on the weekend and the excalibur was almost the same!!!! I thought I was leaving NY's prices!!!ANY ONE WANT TO SPLIT A ROOM it would save us all alot of money!!
