K - We picked VERT as a potential "role model" because: 1) we (from a Wall Street categorization perspective) operate in the same "space" - b-to-b E-commerce; and 2) Wall Street sure loves their practices (at least at this time). We were just wondering if you are aware of any of their practices vis-a-vis "earnings guidance". How many quarters they forecast? Sales and/or expenses? Distribution of the information?, etc.
