I never claimed that Intel wasn't fully utilizing the fab.

I do believe that Intel didn't really want the fab in the first place, and that DEC essentially "stuck it to 'em."

Sounds like an anti-trust situation to me. Were the 'interruptions' based on usage of other mp products? A simple question? Will you simply respond?
