My understanding of PAIR is that it has always been a takeover candidate just like all of the other tech stocks that have never recovered from the big melt down in 97. CIEN, AFCI, etc are all poised for consolidation sometime in the future. As the technology leapfrogs them they will simply go away, cash or no cash. IOM is a perfect example. Has never recovered. CIEN probably much better play as they actually had a deal in hand. PAIR might be bought but at a number without a premium, 10-12 dollar range.

Oh well, we'll see.
