I use plain old Quicken and it interfaces with Waterhouse and a few other brokers. When I did my taxes this year Turbotax grabbed all the data from quicken and automatically filled out my schedule D. There were enough continuation sheets to make me realize I trade too much. <ggg>

I figure it saved me a few days work for what it did in a millasecond. Of course that won't help you this year.
