Mr. Oshinsky I watched your Show on my computer, and it was a fine presentation. You sounded good and made DCHT sound good. S.I. can be particularly compelling when one can read posts from someone so intimately involved with a company, even know their real name and see them on Television/internet. There are probably LOTS of lurkers here. I find this company worth watching. In an earlier post I pointed out to Sid, I believe, that claiming names like FORD as costumers- and deals with Allied Signal for manufacturing and etc., was not the way to run a scam and have it last. So Sid offers no reply and instead focuses on one deal with another B.B. affiliated Co(OF COURSE they don't have contracts for DCHT process testing yet if any!, if they did we'd know!). His credibility is low in my book. His rants prove nothing, though we DON'T know if DCHT/Allied, with Production research still ongoing at at Sandia National Labortory(right?), can mass produce fuel cells cost effectively(all we have is a statement implying it's so when really, it hasn't been done yet). Your rants in return, in my opinion, expose a certain immaturity of your own. I think you fail to realize that Pivo is probably as perturbed by your banter as he is by Sid, Francois, and whoever. Let's just say I think your handling of those posts is less than professional. It's a good thing you are just a money man and not company I.R. You yourself posted under an alias and held on to it for some time. It's good that you've identified yourself and your Uncle and Son(right?) since the law in your case requires it. Now it continues to be implied that you wrote posts under your relatives handles. Since you don't deny those claims, may I presume it's true that most if not all of those posts were written by you? I posted that anonymity was not necessarily a bad thing on these threads. I think that's correct. It can be very important in fact. I posted on a political thread and a left winger who clearly detested my opinion replied that he felt he should go KILL Henry Hyde and cohorts. He was very serious. I gather S.I. removed him. That was an uncomfortable feeling, as I suspect he wanted it to be. It would have been worse if he'd known my particulars. I consider my anonymity at least somewhat valuable. Many anonymous posters are known to be quite trustworthy...while many real name posters are known to be worthless...depending on one's own opinion but sometimes with great and widespread agreement. Your own posts are evidence enough that exposing ones real name isn't enough to make a leopard change it's spots. We all have spots. Many anonymous posters have employers who wouldn't appreciate them participating here...and these people offer helpful knowledge they simply wouldn't were their identities known. S.I. is RIGHT to protect the identities of it's members. Just as knowing may be a wonderful thing, the anonymity is also wonderful in it's place. We all know we can be outed for cause. I suspect you've found that $300 bucks doesn't guarantee you access to identities, does it? Relax, it's a good thing. In short, if you think S.I.'s policies are wrong..and that your proposed site will put S.I., R.B., and Yahoo in the dust, you should think better of it before you get too excited. IMHO. You told Pivo "if you leave, they win", then you offered him a way and a place to leave to. There is much wrong in your thinking here IMHO. You aren't perfect though you've been helpful, and while I'd rather you stay, if you must go, I'm sure someone else will usually find the relevant news and post it.
