James
As for Abz losing more ground at snap lake is not a fact yet.
Looks like its in the cards.
I Can't see Wsp breaking into another Company just to hold snap.
The way I would see that is Winspear holds Snap Lake And a new Company
will get the rest of Winspears Land package. As we will get shares of this new company but it won't be 1 for 1.
Bulk Sample is now Complete is that what you said?????????????

Thanks for the update, James. I would take everything that you have said as very positive. Winspear has built a first class exploration team and has some great properties which are not factored into the current share price.
Completion of the bulk sample with expected results is going to lead inevitably to takeover offers largely based upon Snap Lake. Splitting the company up will lead to maximizing shareholder value in the event of a sale of Snap Lake and the preservation of the company and all the other properties.
Just think about the ARP situation where they had acquired fantastic property and when the offer from Barrick came it was focussed solely upon what had been drilled off on Veladero.
We will all have to see how it shakes down. Winspear may be able to get a great price for the Snap and then turn to Hilltop and chase down a half dozen pipes-and have the cash to develop them.
I would see Winspear setting up a separate subsiduary having ownership of Snap but owned by Winspear(and Aber).

BREAKING COMPANY into core assetes. IMO this is great news. The only reason I can se for doing this is that they think there are potential bidders waiting. This will will make the buy out easier after the bulk sample.
If this is true (and I have no reason not to believe you) Its time to mortgage the house

James: Thanks very much for your report! I'm Sorry I coundn't make it today - would have been great to meet you and others.

I assume Randy told you about the "press release tomorrow BREAKING WSP INTO NEW COMPANY to seperate snap from all other projects". Did you get the impression from Randy that this may be seen unfavourably by the market? As has been said by others, this developement would have to be good for shareholders, else why do it. Wouldn't current shareholders have ownership in both new companies?

I guess an interesting day in store for us tomorrow.
