Delivering the theme and more The sweeping influence of the Internet over the masses has become an all too familiar message. But PaineWebber Media analyst and co-host Chris Dixon hopes the conference will deliver even more. For himself, Dixon hopes two-days worth of back-to-back speeches, elbow-rubbing and Q&A, will help him find the "business models that are scalable." Preissler added: If I get business out of this, that's good. In any event, with the Dow 10,000 commanding top attention of late, at the very least, the conference may give Net enthusiasts something else to fixate on.
