If you really think about it the harder you pray for something, would almost signify that you have less faith as to what that is touching.

My daughter, who is 8 , has had a hard time, lately, accepting the fact her parents are not going to cut up her pancakes anymore, her parents believing she is old enough to do the same. The problem is that she does not BELIEVE she can do it herself.

I see prayer in the same light. Every person has their own level of BELIEF or FAITH in what they can believe or have faith in. Some things one person can have the faith that God will move or act in a certain fashion. Others are not that mature yet. Others God is saying I expect more out of them. So the results are very deadly in this "game " we are playing. Somehow , someway, I believe we can actually tie God's hands in the level of our faith. For good or bad the results will speak for themselves. In Christ.gregor

Jane: We have had a request to pray for Ricky Sexton. Young man has Lou Gehrig's disease. 43 years old. Wife , two children. A Christian.

Lord. I call upon the name of Jesus to heal this man and return him to his family. By the stripes we look up at Christ on the cross and see health. In Jesus name. Amen.

Dear Jane :

We have had another request. Sean and Angel are a young Christian couple that got married last Wednesday. I do not know all the details but both have acknowledged Christ and were saved during their dating or courting.

The request comes from the mother of Sean but somehow between last Wednesday and today Angel has become an avowed 'witch' and is claiming to have all these powers and the mother is in a state of turmoil over the possibility that Angel will influence Sean.

Devil I command you in Jesus to loose Sean and Angel. You have no control or power over them. The blood of the Lamb is upon them and the blood of the Lamb is against you. And for this reason we give You, Lord Jesus ALL OF THE PRAISE !!! Amen.

Jane . Do you stand in agreement with me concerning this matter ? In Christ.gregor
