Jenne- Thanks for the post of the interview with Ryan Jacob of the Internet Fund -- reported a 308 % return for 1998 with a surprisingly low turnover rate of 20 %. He is apparently luke warm to CMGI's stock price right at this time but noted that is subject to rapid change. Some interesting things to say about a few internet stocks and now extending into infrasture/access plays. It was interesting to note regarding the USAI Lycos deal that he did not like the combination from the start and sold all his Lycos shares because of that. I hope you had a chance to take a look at the DILLER - WETHERELL article in Friday's (3/12) WSJ, page B1 and B4 which I cited and summarized in post # 5957. This article is highly recommended to all highlighting the "showdown" taking place between Diller -- "old media" -- and Wetherell --"new media." Sorry I cannot access it electronically and attempt to post here directly myself. It would be helpful to figure a way to do so.
