Thanks for the update james. Excellent work. Couple of questions.

1. Is it possible that the very good news will be held back until the division is completed? If they were to release too much good news now, the company could be bid for by another while the total package of WSP land was still tied to Snap Lake.

2. Can a company hold back information which materially affects the share price even if it is in the best interest of the shareholders to do so?
