OK - LOOK ---HERE IT IS : I went to Vicker's Insider Activity Website, on 3/14/99, to see exactly how much stock is owned by Inside Officers of Integrity. This will make you sick! According to Vickers, VP Robert G. Rist owns 4,000 shares, a grand total value of $16,000. The only other holder is COO Jerry W. Weimer owner of 3,000 shares, a grand total of $12,000. THAT'S IT!! Your corporate officers own a total of 7,000 shares of their own stock. I own several times that amount. Anybody got any ideas why we aren't getting any support here? The corporate officers don't even have enough faith in their own company to buy a decent holding. I know not everyone is a millionaire, but I like to see officers heavily into their own company, to give at least a little incentive to promote growth in their stock.
