25% on a penny stock , so a .10 stock goes up to .13 ,they get a call, somebody just being nosy to the rumor LOL some broker at a firm ,just playing with the rules if that is the case they didn't halt CNB when you were buying last week ,and it hit $1.10 isn't today Monday,I keep on hearing bells going off,the market has to be open.

I saw a stock move from .08 to .13 in one day last week and there was no halt put on it????? Unfortunately I was watching and not getting in on the action. RD
