I believe RDIM is a great long term investment opportunity. RDIM has already added the revenues and earnings of PCS to the picture:

RDI Marketing On-track to Deliver Up to 100 Locations With PCS Acquisition

BLOOMFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1999--RDI Marketing (OTC BB:RDIM) has closed on the first acquisition transaction representing the business interests of Personal Consumer Services, (PCS) with facilities in both Atlanta and Birmingham, Ala.

Revenues and net income of PCS, according to the audits in process, were $3,057,000 and $444,487 respectively at year end 12/31/98. Additional revenues, as a result of direct product sales, are in the process of tabulation.

Lets compare these figures to CYSP which is a NASDAQ stock that traded up 95% to almost $13 a share last Friday:

Cybershop International, Inc. is an online retailer that offers over 40,000 products from more than 400 manufacturers through its online stores on the Internet and America Online, Inc. For the nine months ended 9/30/98, total revenues increased from $647 thousand to $1.4 million. Net loss increased from $1 million to $3.5 million. Revenues reflect increased marketing and an expanded customer base. Higher loss reflects lower margins and higher advertising and promotional expenses.

CYSP has traded as high as $30 a share.

I'm looking at these two stocks and I'm thinking RDIM is tremendously undervalued. Obviously that's only my opinion and I feel everyone else should really do some active due diligence. Is RDIM undervalued? What do you think?

Thanks, Jeff

I just got the newsletter from Fortune, very nice, I like what I'm reading, nice 2 page layout,
with Photos of John Folger in Vegas and Miami, I sure hope this will open some eyes, I just
can't believe with all the potentials here, we're still trading at these levels.
Hey Bylo, do you remember when GKI was at this level around this time last year, and by
June the stock hit almost $20, I think RDIM is going to do better then that.
