tHE REASONS ARE DIVERSE AND MANY.. 1.) there could be eminint news 2.) ther could be crowded conditions 3.)there could be a short busting campaign that is initiated ( this is usually followed by a few days of little movement and ..a stablizing in price.) befor the campaign is really initiated 4.) A stock may not react a sexpected.. Keep in mind that I am very good at timing so when a stock doesnt subside after my shorting...it is usually an immediate flag that I need to reevaluate ..unless I already determined that I am keeeping a position long term. Any time I get new information that causes me to make a new decision..there is a big difference between this and just changing ones mind.
