Hi Greg, Your two points are quite valid and logical, except that we are forgetting that all this rationale was the same before the pp was announced, then why canceling the pp within the same day? unless there were news that are known only to the insiders, the logic for closing the pp has not change from last week. Furthermore, if the pp was supposed to be really with CC (not insiders through CC) then those guys do not take prisoners, they are like bulldogs, once they bite, they don't open the jaws even if you kick them in the cojones.
