I never short based solely on overvaluation. Made that mistake once or twice...never again.

My analysis is the same as it was in Late January, when I said the stock was grossly overvalued and it proceed to keel over -35% between then and now.

I have no interest in shorting HDIE because I couldn't uncover any fraud. However, it wouldn't surprise me to see the stock go much lower.

As far as my stock analysis capabilities are concerned...I would be more than happy to compare bank accounts.
