OK tech. lets see what is opion here>

>>Tiger- I totally agree with you about the 4th quarter sales as compared to 3rd quarter sales. I also expected sales of at least 9 million. Going from 6.3 to 6.4 million is absolutely horrible. This tells me that they will have a hard time competing with the big companies in the U.S.<<

Yup, opinion, lets continue shall we?

>>I dumped all 30,000 shares at the open and will only buy back at 4.00 or lower which I believe will happen real soon. Increased volume and a decline in the stock price of $.40 tells me I'm not the only one that was disappointed.<<

Hmmmmm....should this read: in my opionion i think i will dump all 30,000 of my shares at the open. etc. etc. etc.

PS. sell moms shares, please?

I need more cheap ones.

later Mr. "opinion"

AS a side note:
BID.COM does not inventory anything. They have vendors (companies) that keep the inventory and ship based on customer's bids. BID.COM makes a margin on the item sold. This is another reason why I think BID.COM should increase the number of items available. Its a great way of having lower overhead.
As an example of my BID.COM purchase:
My computer came from some company in Eastern, PA. I live in NJ.
BID.COM's offices are in Toronto and Tampa, FL.

P.S.: If you check out UBID.COM they are selling 20-40 computers per variety.

GoNorth,

I'd buy jewelry on line. And if I liked the piece I got, and I thought I got a good deal, I'd buy more.

I only need one computer.

Btw, about the quarter-over-growth, I sent the same in a post to Forthright (I haven't seen a reply from him though):

——————————————————————————
globetechnology.com

where it states:

"One of the first things to review, he said, is revenue growth. Unless an Internet company has double-digit quarter-over-quarter growth or triple-digit annual growth, Mr. Harmon said it's difficult to justify a high valuation."

Didn't Bid.Com have triple-digit annual growth? Revenue (1998) was $20.1 million, over 600% growth over 1997 Revenue of $2.7 million.

Denise.
