The SEC? Really? Cool!! By the way, I noticed in your profile that you have picked a whole bunch of winners. Many of those picks seem to coincide with the fabulous recommendations of greasy con-artist "TokyoMex". Last I heard "TokyoMex" was being investigated by the SEC - for real. I should also point out that right or wrong I have never charged a penny for my advice about stocks, unlike that piece of garbage whore.
