Jeff--can you explain the dynamics behind your forecast? I really am interested in hearing WHY people think this will work out in a particular fashion. What you posit is one of three scenarios I can envision (the others being 1) a complete collapse back under .50 right from the open and 2) a flurry of buys to open followed by a selloff stabilizing somewhere between $.50 and $1--but maybe offering some good selling opportunities in the first hour). As yet I have not come to any conclusion as to which of the three is most likely. I am not even sure what to look for--what are the indicators that will tip off what is happening.

KZAP and Lakers--how about a truce, at least for 24 hours? Pretty please? :) Can we just discuss SETO--not each other? If there is one day when we will need the posts to be on-topic and not personal it is tomorrow.

Tomorrow promises to be a pretty crazy day--some of us will be looking to this thread as one source of information while making some decisions on our positions in a potentially fast-moving market environment. I for one will find that difficult enough without being caught in a crossfire of postings...:) Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the comic relief!! The dart idea isn't a bad one... a couple of years ago a very good natured buddy of mine who is a stock broker agreed to a bet with a guy who writes a "local color" column for our newspaper.

Kelso's dog vs. my friend in a stock-picking contest... Walt used all of 15 or so years of expertise coming up with a list; Kelso's dog was given the business section, and wherever his paw landed, those were his picks... (at least I think it was his paw <ggg>.)

Need I tell you who won the bet??

Kathy
