The market has seen many blowups in first and second tier application/database developers (PSFT, ORCL, BAAN, SAP, etc.) Throw in the competition from "collabirative" architectures like Crossworlds and the amazing growth in intranets and advanced database technologies and it really makes you wonder exactly how will this company find a niche it can call its own...and will it be able to grow that business rapidly? It doesn't surprise me that top line growth - particularly software sales have been anemic and cash flow has been negative (according to the last SEC filings). Any way you look at it....it sucks.
