This is, as I understand it, illegal under current contract law. As a minor, he cannot be permitted to open a trading account nor have custody of one, yet he is playing stocks every day as evidenced by his postings on Silicon investor forum: Subject 25645 and his own website: angelfire.com The childs name is Daniel Miller xxxx xxxxxxxxx St xxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxx-xxx-xxxx He may be placing trades in an account bearing his fathers name (Leon) as well. Thank you for your attention in this matter. and NOW a note to SI Bob... This does NOT divulge anything about the kid that has not already been posted here on SI.
