NV10... <<Nvidia IS working on a next generation part for the fall, something codename NVD10 or something like that.>> Yeh, this is the guy that is supposed to have on-board geometry. If they can integrate that in that timeframe I'd be amazed. Considering that 3dfx has been working on Rampage for forever it seems like, I can only think of a few reasons for this: 1) NV10 doesn't have anywhere near the features of Rampage. 2) NVIDIA is just plain faster to market than 3dfx (which I can accept for things like 32-bit rendering, but geometry should be much more complex). 3) 3dfx has pissed away their technological lead.
