Kevin,

The 14A proxy statement one year ago stated that Fidelty owned about 2 million shares. The two most recent SEC filings indicate that they owned approx 1,450,000 shares in early February and 2,965,000 in early March. Dimensional Fund Advisors and Denver Investment Advisors own another 2,600,000 while Seagate and SNDK Board members own another 8,000,000 or so. I also recall that SNDK employees own about 900,000 shares,if I am not mistaken. That all adds up to 16 million shares or so and leaves a float of around 12 million.

With a number that small the entire float changes hands about every 2 months. (Unless I am underestimating the substantial holdings of the SI SanDisk Thread longs.)
