I explained the rationale for my view. There is no difference between a child in the third trimester and a child that has been delivered except condition of dependency. I cannot see shrugging that off. I do not know the precise state of the relevant laws in Florida, all I know is that the doctor who was killed was targeted because he performed late- term abortions. I'll do some research and see if I can satisfy you further...
