Tomato Aber is left in the dark on Snap Lake as they are not the operator Winspear is in total Control. There is no way in hell that 2000tons of material has been processed. They just shipped it there and the rest of the bulk sample is just complete and it will be transported as soon as possible. The Debate Continues. Cheers PS If Winspear spins off another company for the rest of there NWT holding I think that is great as there is no value in Winpears Stock for there other holdings as well when the time comes for the big boys to knock on winspears door for a buyout us shareholders will get maxium value as well we will own shares in the new company.

One aspect is ticking in my craw and that is the general failure to recognize that when a JV partner commits to participate in a program that is a firm commitment and the money is always due BEFORE the progarm starts. You don't get to wait and see if you like the progress, or results before you put up your cash. Aber could have killed the default accusation by simply stating "we have put up our share already on DATE" . Did they do that?? or did they just prevaricate??? If companies and prospectors operated the way that threadsters do there would be supreme chaos in the industry. Maybe that's why the MOunties were a fixture in the old days. These day it's done by the book with the guidance of Lawyers, and in a reasonably businesslike manner. Sudhir was also at the PDAC and doesn't give all that much credibility to the twin tumors, just reports them as just that , rumors. We need to turn the heat down on the cooker and wait for information to surface and reason to prevail. I'm surprised nobody including WillP seems to have seen an operating and JV Agreement where these things are all spelled out in glorious detail. So many days allowed for this and so many for that anddeadlines and days of grace and penalties etc. etc. etc.
