Yes, but if memory serves, warren bought most of his AXP at about 20. I think he picked up some more when the stock dipped from 120 to about interday 71 in October 1998. Now its 126+. I think Warren's quote is "great companies at a reasonable price", not "great companies whose stock has just shot up 80%". <ggg>

BUT, it is well known that knowledge of Warren's interest will drive up the price. AXP is a good company here, but a for a copy cat fund, which has some awareness of it's year to year growth record. It will may look pretty stupid for the next year or so with AXP as a major % of its holdings.
