Hi, JC--
A lot of people have been dropping dark hints about HeartSoft's management, and what might really be happening to the stock price. Let me tell you, there is no more shareholder-friendly CEO out there than Benjamin Shell, and there is no skullduggery going on other than what the MM's can devise.

I have kept tabs on the share count via the transfer agent. There is no sudden rise in the share count, nothing of that sort.

As for HTSF financial reports, the report from 3/31/98 was filed manually to the SEC, those are not listed electronically. The past three reports came out together on Friday (due to an audit).

I know when there are so many tricks played in the OTC:BB arena by the company managers that it is hard not to be skeptical when somebody comes and starts asking about why their stock is so "unfairly" treated. But I defy you to find any semblance of "order" in what the MM's did to HTSF on Friday...it is but one example in a long string of outrages.

Thanks for your replies--

Rick Williams
