Don't think there is a prospectus. When the company is fully reporting and wants to do a secondary, I would expect to see one produced. We've been so busy with LEAH's unusual problem this weekend there hasn't been much discussion in the spin-offs. I'd expect them to be able to move to trading on schedule unless something legitimate is uncovered against LEAH. That could cause the SEC to ask for additional information from the "LEAH-related" companies. JMHO, I believe there is nothing about LEAH or its spin-offs that would cause them to be barred from trading in this country. We have followed it all pretty hard, and have seen absolutely no indication of fraud.
