I have no problems with a Frequency Utility ID and a utility that allows the consumer to identify what he/she bought, but I don't understand how you can put a benefit to consumers like this in the same category as the CPU ID --- whose sole beneficiary is Microsoft. The Privacy Clowns??? Have the SEC lawyers get around to serving a subpoena on your bank lately? Let's see if MR. Engel is getting paid by Intel for his SI activities..... The day that happens you'll change your tune.
