Depending on how I'm feeling, I have between 4 and 8 nodes. I have thin wire and 10base-t through out the house. I've found the daisy chain approach of thin very appealing when I want to quickly add another node and don't have to run a wire all the way back to the hub. I have all the tools for cabling thin and twisted. Currently I have no plans to update.

I had not seen 10/100 hubs below a hundred. What and where?
