Dollar down at U.S. open as yen, euro
strengthen

NEW YORK, March 15 (Reuters) - The dollar opened mostly

The dollar also slipped against the euro, which found strength in a
report showing German manufacturing orders rose 1.8 percent in January -- the first positive reading
of that data series in six months.
