It also says that the acquisition is expected to cost ECI 600 to 700 Million. If it were PAIR, with 70.78 Million Shares, it would mean about $10 a share. I hope not.

Such would be my luck...but, unless the quoted sales price is incorrect, looks like ADTN might be the 'chosen' one. PAIR will have it's wealthier suitor SOOOON!!
