Nice little writeup in the National Post today, Page D3. They rate NOR a buy as it is undervalued and see a rebound in the base metals sector. Only a couple pages away is another story on how the resource sector is poised for a strong rebound, and they mention base metals in particular. This is the kind of news I like to hear....

Back up close to the $17 level again...

I was recently reading a report on Noranda and it says:

Noranda has $1.5B in cash on hand for a new mine in Peru, plus expansion of a chilean smelter, a Tennessee aluminum foil plant and a Quebec magnesium PLant.

Does anyone know what is the new mine in Peru??
