Tomas,

I hope your shoulder is okay. Zeev and I are okay now.

I have sent a questionaire via email to Doubleday:
It includes:

1) Where the extra 5 million shares came from?
2) How they project .75 cents to a dollar?
3) Financials for the past 2 years?
4) Who is doing mass emailer?

When I get response I will post it for all.

Rice defends Ian Brocke as an "independent consultant", a claim Mr. Brocke makes in the same missive stating he is a substantial shareholder. Zeev points out the 2.5mm per year increase in shares.....hmmm, I wonder if there is any connection. Rice, has Mr. Brocke told you what his position is, and if it comes to him by way of "incentive options" or some other such below-market arrangement?

I wonder about Mr Kane's election to create a "massive" IR campaign rather than releasing audited company financials, and about the decision to launch said campaign before said financials are available. As most know, the first "85%" of any project is the easy part...its that last 5, or 2, or 1% that takes the time, resources, and effort.

No axe to grind here, I was one of the (few?) lucky ones who actually made a substantial profit during the last great P&D just about 2 years ago. It would be great to have an actual turnaround here, but about the best I have any reasonable hope of is that this puppy once again will get pumped, and I will be able to say farewell to it for good.
Tomas, I started reading the banter between Zeev and Rice with incredulity that also turned to waves of hysterical cackling. What an uneven match-up.

Okee, hope springs eternal. Good luck as always
Eric
