Re. Blurb Greenberg: Don't write HIM! Aren't the authorities looking to crush individuals using the 'net to manipulate stock prices?

Will someone please provide the link that can be used to report and make a case against Herb?

The present example can in no way be written off as "opinion, based on expert sources." The writer knows full well who his source is and what the position and motivation of his source is.....since the column does not reveal this information, the "column" can only be regarded as a deliberate action that uses the intent to harm Iomega and its shareholders. And, as pointed out in an earlier post, Herb's description of last week's recalls as a 'drive is false and can be seen as further action to damage the company.

I encourage all to bring this matter to the attention of the SEC (if that's the right agency).....hoping someone will furnish a contact.
