U.S. Takeover Stocks Are Selling at Low Prices. Bloomberg reports that capital for arbitration is low, so that explains why the stocks of some U.S. companies that have agreed to be acquired are trading at unusually low prices, according to money managers who buy takeover stocks. Ascend selling at too wide a discount to LU mentioned.
