G'day all - somehow I got hold of the microcap 1000 site. It didn't seem so bad, so I ve been trying to find out more about MFSI.

The more I dig, the more confuse I am. MFSI seems to have a precursor known as Capital Growth Inc. [OTCBB: CGTH] Does anyone know why the latter died such an ugly death [note: yahoo still has its last trade data?]

Also, with internut all the rage, why is this guy churning? It seems that CLASS B stock [restricted?] is legible for conversion into [regular?] common. What is the conversion rate? Does that mean to once small float of a few million shares has ballooned to the 43MM number? According to one of the old SEC filings, there were some convertible prefers with CGTH. Are they still in force against MFSI?

From the mgt bios, the team seems to be experts in stock tradings, were they the same team running the old CGTH? Or they are a new mgt team?

I am sorry to ask so many questions, but I am very confused. Any clarification is welcome. TIA

best, Bosco
