Yes. I use DBC StockEdge Online. It's great for an intermediate solution if you are not doing ECN trading. I use Dreyfus which is a $15 trade via internet. DBC has a special arrangement with several firms where they waive the $79/month fee if you do 5 trades a month with your broker. You still pay the exchange fees of $62.50/month for real-time quotes and Level 2. I understand DBC is soon to provide a direct ECN trading platform. I haven't looked into it.
