jay: What some seem to forget is the AVIDIA platform. PAIR is not about to sell out at 12 or 13 or 15 for that matter. They did ship several units out in late DEcember and January for testing and they thought 3 to 5 months woould be the duration of the testing. Now we are just weeks or few months away from some approvals of its testing so why would they sell? They did not adopt a poison pill just to sell at 12 for Christ sake. i do have the audio tapes of our new CEO and the CC and the latest analysts info the company has. I am viewing them and reading the rest now. In my opinion there will be no buyout anywhere near these 12-13 figures. The avidia system is a huge ,, huge deal for PAIR if it is adopted by a couple of the big guys. Why would they sell out ahead of the results of testing.. and if the tests work as they are confident they will,, they don't need to sell at all but if they do it will be for BIG $$$ not chump change. I spoke with the IR and with one of the engineers who happened to be there and I can tell you they think AVIDIA is for real and expect it to really take of once its capabilities are known CRDoug
