I'd boot them all out and recruit again.... I have Welsh blood, myself, so be careful. :)) Actually, I think Alan's done a good job of repositioning management. In a sense he's taken a page from TR, "Walk softly and carry big stick. . ." I'm expecting some big changes in marketing under Satjiv Chahil. Marketing????? What a concept!! :) Pat

"That group" ... built a billion dollar company from scratch. Your memory and understanding are short on facts.... fast growth, leading market position, great stock, leading technology ... Mr. Lutz will bring some new diversity, approachs and growth which is a tribute to Matthews knowing when to bring him in. Booting out those who built the company seems like a kneejerk approach which would not help as it would lose many of the core compentencies which were key to the previous success. James.
