Oh, sorry, I am a little dull with my lingering flu and everything. Yes, now I remember, COBALT Blue!! Well, my design advice is that this could be a very pretty color on the walls of a room, as long as you brought down the intensity of the entire feeling with a lot of white, maybe a few patterns incorporating cobalt blue and white on throw pillows and such, and accented it all with a few yellow touches, like a painting of yellow flowers in a vase.

Victorian rooms were painted very dark colors, and to me at least, many of them ended up being very pretty and warm, like your cobalt blue bedroom could be.
