When he has taken a position in AMD he has announced it (promptly and prominently). When he closed the position he announced it. When he didn't sell at the top a few months he announced it and conceded his mistake. Seems to me the only thing he hasn't done it announce that he is *going* to take a position. What has he done/not done that doesn't satisfy your standards? Also what do you have against buying low and selling high. I am surprised that you oppose that kind of behaviour.
