jean-- sorry if you thought there was concern about Wexler in my answer to you. The LAST person that needs assistance in a matter like that is Wex,, As you stated you believe TAVA is good company,, so do I. DD has been done and it can be waited out. Do you think anything Wexler says would change that? If anything force me to dig a bit deeper. Do you believe slamming by spam adds to a persons credability? Granted Wex can be an ass at times--- I have been too,,, actually try to find many people that have not at one time or another. People like Wexler can be a great help. If they make you question your DD. You may find some things YOU did not EARLIER. The new facts if any may make you much more confident in your choice. Or you may actually discover something you do not like. His short positions take some of the float away and can cause a scramble if he is wrong... Why am I concerned? Change the name and spam the threads with another-- calling them a fraud,,, if he is being investigated by all these companies it will become public record--- mean time it is just slamming an individual as he slams a company. I do not like going to that level--- he may be comfortable with it and you are too,,, just wondering who you will decide to jump on next. Since you are confident on covering your butt that subject is also closed--- Wex has been called worse and it seems to roll off him,,, with someone else there may be agravation.
