Dear Karl: the EXACT same thing just happened to me. In my case it was the Align Rite interview with Mcdonald. Was that one the one you listened too? I thought maybe I did something wrong. I just downloaded this morning the G2 upgrade to 5.0 as for some reason version 5.0 of Real Player will not work on the audioinvestor site although it says it will at the site. JDN
