In SEC filing for CYOE, they said it could be extended, but if it were not to be extend by SYSteam's choice, it would cause a financial impact to CYOE. Thus I think there is a financial penality if they can not bring cash, or just the egg in the face impact. (this is from memory I didn't look at it again) All I am saying is something has got to happen this week. Right? If the deal happens it should be a PR, if the the deal fails, it needs to be PR, if the deal is extended is needs to be PR, the last one is somebody please confirm
