I'm not expecting it from Nasdaq. Go to the CYOE pig thread, and see John G's explanation of why not. It's very difficult to dislodge these stocks once they get listed. Now, the SEC might, but that's a different story.

CYOE- I think the same thing re: delisting. It all depends how much of their BS intangible ASSETS NASDAQ is willing to wink at. I hope they get tough with this POS.
