I remain very interested in CAT, but I still think it has a ways to go on the downside before it bottoms. The business continues to get worse, and the P/B ratio and P/S ratios still remain high relative to the company's history and the rest of the industry today with fundamentals unquestionably deteriorating. Look for a price with a 3 in front of it, though even that may be early if this one finally starts to lose the faithful.
