HI Les; The thing between now and July, is back in July not everyone
was saying the market was overbought, and smartmoney.com wasn't
so smart back then
Message 5214259
not a lot of people were bearish July 16th when I posted
the above.
------------------
It was a tad of luck as I happened to be plugged into quote.com
at the time and actually saw the Market Makers and Specialist
go short big time , ( the tick went south and stayed south
BUT the indexes all went UP they jacked the prices UP ,
but sold short & you don't see taht happen that strong very
often.
-------------------------
About the best I can do is be on the right side of the short
term curve or just in front of it.
I also called the bottom on Sept 4th, while she made a lower
low in OCT , the Sept 4th call was still a good one,
I done let my feelings run me short Friday, but knew I was
betting against my signals, won't do taht again.
I saw the top Feb 1st , but not the bottom, it's been in
a trading range since then. I keep expecting her to pull
back down, but I don't see any strong signals for that
as of yet.
Jim
